For him, the true essence of Yoga transcends the mat, weaving seamlessly into our everyday existence and nurturing profound relationships with ourselves, others, and the natural world.

As a dedicated teacher, Felix finds joy in guiding students through dynamic Vinyasa flows, gentle Yin practices, Meditation, Pranayama, Teaching Methodology, and the profound insights of Yogic Philosophy. He shares the transformative power of Bhakti, the Yoga of devotion, through soul-stirring music and Mantra chanting.

Felix’s spiritual journey draws from diverse traditions, including traditional Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, Zen, Tantra and Neo-Tantra, Spiritual Shamanism, Embodiment Work, and Psychedelics. Continuously evolving as both teacher and student, he explores various spiritual modalities to unravel the mysteries of existence.

With a background in Psychology holding an M. Sc. degree, Felix offers personalized 1:1 counseling and coaching services for Spaceholders, nurturing profound transformations and inner growth.
